Les boyaux de mouton d’origine sont import\u00e9s de nos propres \u00e9tablissements de production, ainsi des \u00e9tablissements amis. L’origine des boyaux est importante. La raret\u00e9 de la nourriture dans cette partie du monde exige des br\u00e9bis et des moutons un mouvement intense, ce qui rend les boyaux plus r\u00e9sistants.<\/p>\n

Boyaux de moutons, enveloppes naturelles des saucissons et boyaux \u00e0 saucissons que nous proposons \u00e0 nos clients sont soumis \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les sp\u00e9cifiques. En tant que le fabricant des boyaux de moutons, nous avons mis en place un syst\u00e8me HACCP, valid\u00e9 par l’Inspection V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, qui permet d’identifier des risques de la sant\u00e9 du consommateur potentiel li\u00e9s au produit et, par la suite, les \u00e9liminer ou r\u00e9duire \u00e0 un niveau s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n

Le conditionnement des boyaux de mouton naturels de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e rend la fabrication des charcuteries chez notre client beaucoup plus efficace. Ceci permet de diminuer les frais salariaux, le temps de fabrication et les co\u00fbts des boyaux suppl\u00e9mentaires. Le tout gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la consommation des boyaux sur 100 kg de la farce.<\/p>\n
